Privacy Policy
Last updated 10 August 2026 · version 2026-08-10.v1
This policy explains what Tomorrow Life, Inc. collects when you use this website or request a Personalized IUL Fit Review, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
When you submit the fit assessment, we collect:
- What you tell us: your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, state of residence, age range, policy interest, objective, the monthly amount you said you would be comfortable committing, your decision timing, and whether you want the earliest available callback or a scheduled time.
- Proof of your consent: the exact wording shown to you, its version number, the date and time you agreed, the page URL, your browser user agent, and any later opt-out.
- How you reached us: the advertising click identifier (such as Google’s GCLID, GBRAID or WBRAID), the campaign, ad group, keyword and match type, the page you landed on, and the referring site.
- Your time zone, so follow-up calls land inside your own local hours rather than ours.
We do not ask for, and do not want, your Social Security number, medical records, bank details or policy numbers through this website. Please do not send them here. An agent will collect anything an application needs through a secure carrier system.
Why we collect it
To have a licensed agent contact you about the review you asked for, to route you to an agent licensed in your state, to keep a record that you agreed to be contacted, and to measure which advertising produced genuine enquiries. We report outcomes back to advertising platforms so we can stop paying for clicks that never wanted a call.
Who we share it with
- Licensed agents appointed with us who are licensed in your state.
- Insurance carriers, and only if you decide to apply.
- Service providers running our customer relationship management, telephony and email systems, under contracts limiting them to acting on our instructions.
- Advertising platforms, and only the outcome of a click, so campaigns can be measured. We do not send them your answers.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing. Your details are not passed to a lead-buying network or resold to other agencies.
How long we keep it
Consent records and contact history are retained for five years, the period over which we may need to demonstrate that a call was permitted. Assessment answers are retained for three years. Opt-out records are kept indefinitely, because that is the only way to be certain we never contact you again.
Your choices
- Stop texts by replying STOP to any message.
- Stop calls by telling any agent, or by emailing us.
- See, correct or delete what we hold by emailing privacy@tomorrowlifeinc.com or calling (833) 214-7788.
- Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws have additional rights, including access, correction, deletion, portability, and opting out of targeted advertising. See Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights. We respond within 45 days.
Cookies and measurement
This site stores your advertising click identifier and campaign details in your browser so a conversion can be attributed to the click that paid for your visit. On the lead-request and confirmation pages, we also use Google Analytics and Google Ads call measurement to understand visits and qualified calls. Google may receive page, browser, device and advertising-click information and may use cookies for measurement. We do not send Google the name, email address, phone number or answers entered in this form. We use no social-media pixels or session recording. Clearing your browser storage removes the first-party campaign record.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, those identifiers are stripped before anything is sent with your request, the Google tag is not loaded, and Google Ads call measurement is not configured. Your request still reaches a licensed agent, because that is what you asked for.
Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
